II. SUBJECT

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “Victoria 1006” EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and the users/clients, hereinafter referred to as the “Users,” in connection with the use of the Website and the provision of photographic and related services (the “Services”) offered by the Provider.

The Services may include, but are not limited to: event photography, portrait photography, product photography, photo editing, provision of digital images, production of photo albums, photo printing, and other photographic services agreed upon by the parties.

III. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

With every use of the Website’s resources, including opening an internet page from the Website, as well as by clicking on an electronic link from the header (home) or any other internet page of the Website, the Users declare that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, agree with them, and undertake to comply with them.

When ordering a Service, the User expressly confirms their agreement with these General Terms and Conditions through the respective mechanism (e.g., ticking a box, sending an email confirmation, signing a contract).

IV. SERVICES AND ORDERS

A detailed description of the offered Services, their characteristics, and prices are indicated on the Website or are provided to the User upon request in the form of an individual offer.

The contract for the provision of the Service is considered concluded from the moment the order is confirmed by the Provider and/or the agreed-upon advance payment is made by the User, if such is stipulated.

V. PRICES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

The prices of the Services are indicated in Bulgarian Leva (BGN). The Provider reserves the right to change prices, with changes not affecting already confirmed orders.

Payment can be made in one of the following ways (or others you offer):

Bank transfer to the Provider’s account;

In cash (while observing legal restrictions);

Through an online payment system (if you have one integrated).

The payment terms (advance, final) are negotiated individually for each order and are specified in the offer or contract. Requiring an advance payment (deposit) to reserve a date and time is common practice.

All expenses related to travel, accommodation, access fees to locations, and other specific expenses outside the standard Service package are paid additionally by the User, unless otherwise agreed.
